WHO’S NEWS: Residential appointments and promotions

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has promoted two of its designers to management posts within its corporate Marketing and Technology department.

TARA POLI

Tara Poli has been named Senior Graphic Designer and Manager, New Development Marketing and Allison Conte has been named Design Manager.
In her new position, Tara Poli has taken the lead role in all marketing for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s New Development clients. She also manages all internal and external resources.
Prior to joining DGSIR in 2008, Poli worked for a boutique advertising agency in New York City developing creative concepts for new condominium development clients in the city.
She is a graduate of University of Connecticut and received her Master’s degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute in New York City.
As Design Manager, Allison Conte oversees the day-to-day design and production of all the sales and marketing materials for DGSIR and sales associates across Long Island.

ALLISON CONTE

She started with the Marketing department as a Graphic Designer. Prior to joining DGSIR, she gained experience at Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble and The Estee Lauder Companies, where she designed retail environments, mobile apps and packaging for global luxury brands.
Conte earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Charles Rutenberg Realty has welcomed five new members .
The Associate Broker who joined the Plainview office is Steven Rabitz, who is also an attorney in private practice with locations in Massapequa and Lake Success.
The Licensed Real Estate Salespeople who joined the office are Angela Williams-Samuels, formerly with Miles Realty in Queens Village and Andrew Spina of West Islip, who prepared for licensing at the New York Real Estate Institute
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Britzeida Pichardo joined Charles Rutenberg Realty’s Bronx office. She was formerly with Exit Realty Search in the Bronx, Throgs Neck Section
The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson who joined Charles Rutenberg Realty’s Sayville office is James Taylor, who prepared for licensing online with Real Estate University.

Hailey Zhang is the newest licensed salesperson to join Homes By Mara Realty.
Zhang previously worked as a licensed real estate agent with Yao’s Realty in Flushing.
Earlier, Zhang was a scientist at Columbia Medical Center, Mount Sinai Medical Center and NYU Medical Center.
Zhanghas a Doctor of Medicine and a Master’s Degree in Pharmacology from Anhui Medical University in China.
She grew up in China before moving to the United States in 1992 and speaks English and Mandarin.

JOSEPH SALVI

The Corcoran Group announced Joseph Salvi has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director of the Southampton office.
Salvi has spent the last 26 years as a practicing real estate attorney in Southampton, having represented buyers, sellers and lenders in both commercial and residential transactions throughout the region, and has worked as a successful litigator.
He is a graduate of Fordham University and St. John’s University School of Law.

Natalie A. Lewis has joined The Corcoran Group as a sales agent with the firm’s Westhampton Beach office.
Passionate about design and real estate, Natalie is fully committed to her career and clients. Selling her first home yiously with Douglas Elliman, she has won prestigious awards for her sales results, including that of #2 Agent in Transactions in the Hamptons Region.
Lewis attended Parsons School of Design and FIT in Manhattan, majoring in Interior Design and Architecture
She was discovered by Woody Allen’s casting director and signed by Abrams Artists. Print ads and TV commercials for Coca Cola, Clinique and other big names soon followed.
She later took a multi-marketing sales job with CUC International. She became a Top Producer and earned a coveted transfer to Orange County, CA.
Lewis speaks Spanish fluently as a second language. She has a nonprofit called Fresh Flowers Friday that delivers flowers to Alzheimer’s patients.
