WHO’S NEWS IN RESIDENTIAL BROKERAGE: Judi Lederer heads to Elliman; New development director at Bold

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Judi Lederer will be joining the firm’s New York brokerage.
Formerly an agent with TOWN, Lederer comes to Elliman with a wealth of experience and a strong network of industry and client connections. She will join the firm’s 575 Madison Avenue office.
Prior to selling real estate, Lederer worked for art galleries and as an art dealer for 20 years.
Her passion for real estate resulted in her transition into the business in 2006. She has since built a successful career in the luxury residential market, consistently ranking in the top 10 of her previous brokerage firms year after year.
Lederer works with buyers and sellers all across Manhattan and has accomplished many notable deals at high-end properties on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side and along to Central Park South and Central Park West.

Halstead Property announced that Maya Kriet has joined the firm as its new Director of Communications.
Kreit will work with CEO Diane M. Ramirez and President Richard J. Grossman and will be responsible for managing all of the firm’s day-to-day public relations activities.
Robyn Kammerer, Halstead’s Executive Director of Communications, will be transitioning into a new role as Executive Director of Sales for Halstead’s Darien and Rowayton offices where she will be co-directing 90 agents with the current Executive Director, Charlotte Felt.
Kreit was previously Vice President at Group Gordon, a corporate public relations, where she worked across a variety of industries including real estate, technology and financial services.
She has worked with a range of companies including developers, REITs, financing institutions and non-profit organizations.
Before that, Kreit led the North American marketing and communications division for Earnix, a global software company based in Israel.
She earned her B.A. in political science from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.

She was formerly with Daniel Gale Sothebys Intl. Realty in East Norwich as a licensed salesperson.
Debra Trust Ackerman has joined Laffey Fine Homes – Greenvale as an agent.
She was formerly the Office Manager with Great Neck Vascular Surgery In Great Neck.

Bold New York announced that industry veteran Jennifer Lee has been appointed as Director of Development Brooklyn.
Lee will focus on business development, as well as consulting with developers on all aspects from site acquisition to sell out.
She will work directly with Jordan Sachs, Co-Founder and President of Bold New York, who made the announcement today.
Previously, Lee spent over seven years at aptsandlofts.com as Director of Business Development.
During her tenure at the company, aptsandlofts.com became the second largest new development marketing firm in New York City and tripled the size of the office’s sales force to over 100 agents.
Her portfolio includes some of the highest profile condo and rental developments in the city, such as One Brooklyn Bridge Park, The Edge and 420 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg as well as QLIC in Long island City among many others.
She has in excess of $100 million in individual residential real estate transactions and has been involved in over 200 new development projects.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty recently expanded the responsibilities of Syosset/Muttontown sales manager Kathleen (Kathy) Pisani to include sales management of the organization’s East Norwich/Brookville office.
She will be assisted by Evangelia Boudourakis in Syosset/Muttontown and Frances Covello in East Norwich/Brookville.
Pisani has led the sales efforts of the Syosset/Muttontown office since its inception in 2005.
A member of the Daniel Gale Gold Circle of Excellence since 2000, she has continually been recognized for her individual achievements, as well as the success of the Syosset/Muttontown office as a whole.
Fran Covello has a long track record of personal and management success, consistently achieving Gold Circle of Excellence recognition as well as regularly leading her office in sales over the past decade.
A real estate agent since 1981 and a longtime resident of Oyster Bay Cove, Covello is a valuable resource and mentor to both veteran and newer agents.
Angie Boudourakis has worked in the real estate industry for more than 10 years.
A member of the Gold Circle of Excellence, she was named assistant sales manager in Syosset earlier this year in recognition of her many contributions to the Syosset/Muttontown office.
