WHO’S NEWS: Dan Tubb lands DDG gig; Rosemarie Zanghellini joins Berkshire Hathaway

Sales veteran Dan Tubb has been tapped to lead the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group (CSMG) team heading up sales for DDG’s first Upper East Side condominium tower, 180 East 88th Street.

With nearly 20 years of experience selling luxury real estate in Manhattan, Tubb most recently led an eight-person team at The Greenwich Lane, which with $1.5 billion in recorded closings, represents the fourth largest sellout in the history of New York City.
Prior to joining The Greenwich Lane, Tubb led sales at Extell Development’s ONE57 which reached $1 billion in pre-construction sales in six months on the market and shattered the record for the most expensive apartment in Manhattan at just over $100 million for the building’s Penthouse on the 89th and 90th floors.
Under-construction 180 East 88th Street ifeatures 48 residences from two- to five-bedrooms, full floor and duplex units and a triplex penthouse. Residents will have access to eight floors of amenities.

Yakshi Carlino has joined Laffey Real Estate – Brookville as a salesperson.
She is the owner of Spinnakers Restaurant & Bar in Oyster Bay, and was formerly with Radical Media in NYC for over six years.
Gregory Malz has joined Laffey Real Estate – Great Neck as a salesperson.
He is a consultant attorney who worked for various small law firms in Nassau County for 11 years.

Nestio announced that Lizete Alves joined the firm as its Business Development and Partnerships Director.
She will be responsible for solidifying the firm’s partnerships and integrations, and managing relationships with key third party partners.
Alves has a decade of real estate marketing experience. Most recently, she was the Director of Marketing for FirstService Residential. Before that, she was the Marketing Manager for Rose Associates where she led the execution of marketing strategies for a portfolio of 22 residential clients.
Alves has also previously held the position of Account Manager at StreetEasy.
She holds a degree in advertising and marketing from St. Francis College.

Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Martina Cinarli has joined the firm as a licensed real estate salesperson.
Cinarli brings to her role a background in business and finance.

She has lived on three continents and worked with a diverse group of clients.
Previously with Weichert Realtors, she is the former director of the Rockland County Board of Realtors, now the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
Cinarli is a licensed New York and New Jersey real estate sales associate who earned her bachelor of science degree in finance and economics.
She also is green-certified and relocation specialist certified for domestic and transcontinental relocation.

Halstead announced that Paul Gottsegen, president of Halstead Management Co., was the 2017 recipient of New York Building Managers’ Association (NYMBA) Honorary Member Award.
The award, which recognizes superior accomplishment and service in the real estate or affiliated industries, was presented at the 97th Annual Grand Ball.
It is the third time since 1992 that Gottsegen has received the award.
The NYMBA was established a century ago, with the aim of building peer support via monthly meetings to share knowledge, while managing some of New York’s premiere real estate properties.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties announced that Rosemarie Zanghellini has joined the firm.
Zanghellini has two decades of luxury real estate experience, in addition to having previously headed a fashion company that worked with top international brands including Calvin Klein, Christian Dior, Tiffany & Co. and Nordstrom’s.
She joins Berkshire Hathaway from Halstead Properties, and will be based in the firm’s 590 Madison Avenue office in the Plaza District.
New York Properties is part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties/Westchester Properties family, which continues its strategic expansion in the Northeast under the leadership of CEO and President Candace Adams.
