CetraRuddy has elevated to partner the noted designer Ximena Rodriguez.
As partner, Rodriguez will retain her roles as Principal and Director of Interior Design, overseeing the firm’s quality and technical excellence in an interior design group of more than 20 professionals.
Rodriguez also serves as lead interior designer and project manager in the residential, hospitality and retail sectors.
Recent major projects led by Rodriguez include Walker Tower, 443 Greenwich and The UAE Mission.
Rodriguez joined CetraRuddy in 2006, bringing a global perspective from her years of work in Argentina and study in Buenos Aires, where she received a degree in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires, and later, a post graduate degree in management.
Last year, Rodriguez was promoted to Principal and had previously held the position of Associate Principal.
Rodriguez joins the two founding partners and Eugene A. Flotteron, AIA, named partner in early 2014, in carrying CetraRuddy forward in their mission to create innovative, program-driven design that promotes human interaction and the exchange of ideas while offering a memorable sense of place and an underlying notion of home.

Spector Group announced the appointment of six new team members.
Pamela Mazzola joins Spector as a senior interior designer. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
With 16 years of experience, Mazzola is NCIDQ certified and a recipient of the ELF ASID award. She was most recently an interior designer with Winthrop University Hospital.
Christie Brala, Designer, graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She also studied at Parsons School for Design and at Florence University of the Arts, Florence Tuscany.
Prior to joining Spector Group, Brala served as an interior design intern with TPG Architecture.
Madeline Korony is an intermediate architect with five years of experience. Korony holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Buffalo.
She is a LEED Green Associate and has studied in Japan. Previously, Korony was an architectural designer at Mancini Architecture.
Laura Lievano joins Spector Group as an intermediate architect.
Lievano, who has a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, received a Design Excellence Award at SUNY Buffalo.
She has five years of experience and most recently was architectural designer at Haks Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors.
Danielle Schmidt is an intermediate architect with six years of experience.
Schmidt received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Architecture from Texas A & M University.
Schmidt, who has six years of experience, participated in the residential reconstruction of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. She comes to Spector Group from Goshow Architects.
Weizhe “Will” Wu joins Spector Group as a virtual animator. Wu holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Guangdon University of Technology, Guangzhou, China and a Master of Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture.
He has four years of experience, most recently serving as an architectural design intern at AUBE in Shenzhen, China.

DMR Architects announced the addition of Kyle Stoker as a Project Architect and Dingwen (Wen) Chen as a Junior Architect.
Kyle Stoker will be working on new residential projects. He joins DMR Architects with 12 years of architectural project management and structural design experience, most recently as a project manager at Tricarico Architecture and Design.
Prior to that he held positions at Hamon Custodis Inc., Toll Brothers Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ, K STOK Inc. in Crofton, MD and Caruso, Turley & Scott Inc. in Tempe, AZ. He has a degree from Drexel University College of Engineering.
Wen Chen will be part of the production team. Prior to joining DMR, he worked at LA River Revitalization Planning Studio and then the Main Street Sustainable Planning Studio, both in Los Angeles, CA.
Prior to that he worked for the Institute of Tourism Management of ZJU in Hangzhou, China.
He holds degrees from the University of Southern California and Zhejian University (ZJU) in Hanzhou, China where he received numerous awards and scholarships.

Lendlease announced the promotion of Anthony (Tony) Mannion to Executive General Manager.
Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Principal-in-Charge of the New York office..
Mannion has significant experience in the construction of commercial, residential, hotel, sports, government/municipal, institutional and corporate facilities.
During his tenure with Lendlease, he has managed some of the company’s largest and most complex projects in New York City.
He has led and continues to lead such signature projects as the historic National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center, the tallest residential structure in the Western Hemisphere in 432 Park Avenue, 731 Lexington Avenue, several buildings contributing to the multi-billion dollar residential development at Riverside South and Citi Field, home to the New York Mets.
Currently, Mannion is overseeing the construction of 220 Central Park South, 252 East 57 street, and Central Park Tower which will be the tallest residential structure in the Western Hemisphere upon project completion.
