RXR inks Downtownʼs biggest lease of the year at 32 Old Slip

RXR Realty announced that Cahill Gordon & Reindel signed a 20-year lease for 201,621 s/f on floors 17-22 at 32 Old Slip in Downtown Manhattan.

The deal marks the year’s largest direct new lease for Downtown Manhattan.

Cahill joins an roster that includes Daiwa Securities Group, Tradition Financial Services, and Alliant Insurances Services, The building offers tenants an amenity package featuring a parking garage, bike room, Convene conference center and a planned coffee bar.

“We are pleased to welcome the Cahill team and look forward to making 32 Old Slip their new, long term home,” said William Elder, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of RXR’s New York City division. “As the largest deal in Downtown Manhattan, it reinforces our long-term vision and investment approach for this asset.”
