Fashion and lifestyle brand Rowing Blazers has signed a multi-year lease for 4,350 s/f at 161 Grand Street in Soho.
Sequoia Property Group’s Gregory Kim represented the tenant in the lease negotiations, Landlord E&G Realty was represented by Hillel Horovitz of Douglas Elliman Commercial.
Rowing Blazers was founded by Jack Carlson, a former member of the United States national rowing team, in 2017. The brand’s product line includes blazers, ties, and shirts. The store had previously occupied the space as a pop-up.
