RMA re-ups at Askenazyʼs 635 Madison

Savills Studley announced that it has completed an early lease renewal, restructure and expansion for Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA of New York) at 635 Madison Avenue.

RMA of New York is a Manhattan-based fertility practice globally renowned as a leader in reproductive care. To accommodate growth and infrastructure upgrades, the practice expanded its occupancy to 30,000 s/f (from 25,000) on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors.

Savills Studley Executive Managing Director Jeffrey I. Peck, Executive Vice President Daniel O. Horowitz and Managing Director Christopher Foerch represented RMA of New York in the transaction. The landlord, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, was represented in house by Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Ben Ashkenazy and Chief Operating Officer A.J. Levine.

Over the past few years, the Savills Studley team has secured outposts for RMA of New York in SoHo, the Upper West Side and Brooklyn.

“635 Madison has served as an ideal home for RMA of New York for over 20 years,” said Peck. “In the heart of Midtown, the Class A property is easily accessible to RMA of New York’s clientele and the opportunity to expand and improve its space in an early renewal was the optimal solution for the practice.”

635 Madison is a 19-story office and retail tower located in the Midtown Manhattan Plaza District with views of Central Park and the Plaza Hotel.
