Brace yourself for a showhouse blitz next month.
The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) will be merging its two Upper Manhattan Open House Expos into one exciting weekend taking place on May 2 and 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The all-inclusive, public event will feature the hottest residential listings in Harlem, Inwood, Hudson Heights, and Washington Heights.
Potential buyers will have the opportunity to learn about, tour, and explore exclusive co-ops, condos, and luxury listings, all while taking in the atmosphere of these Manhattan neighborhoods.
REBNY’s own uptown residential brokers will lead the tours and be available to answer any questions.
The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a meet-and-greet and informational session at Harlem Tavern (2153 Frederick Douglass Boulevard) where a complimentary breakfast sponsored by Everbank will be served.
Tours of the available offerings will commence at 12:00 p.m., at which time REBNY’s brokers will begin hosting their open house viewings for interested attendees until 4:00 p.m.

The 2015 Metro Designer Showhouse opens with an exclusive Gala Preview and Alzheimer’s Association Fundraiser presented by ASPIRE Metro magazine and National Resources tomorrow night (Thursday) at The Pearl, 45 River Road, Edgewater, NJ.
Celebrated designer Robert Passal, 2015 Metro Designer Showhouse Chair, will welcome special guests and members of the art and design communities as well as introduce the designers.
Passal, whose designs have been featured in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Lonny and Luxe, is recipient of Traditional Home magazine’s Top 20 Designer Award.
Celebrity Chef Danielle Saunders will create menus suffused with her signature “Soul Fusion” style.
Chef Saunders is the first African American female winner of both Chopped and Chopped Champions on the Food Network
Metro Living Designer Series will run on Sundays from 1 – 2 p.m. through June 28.
