Ralph Lauren signed a lease for an additional 350,000 s/f of office space at RXR Realty’s Starrett-Lehigh Building at 601 West 26th Street. This location is home to the fashion retailer’s North America business operations where some employees will be relocated, but its 650 Madison Avenue location will remain its global corporate headquarters.
According to Ralph Lauren, the larger lease is part of a global effort to bring their teams closer together and in updated office spaces. The Starrett-Lehigh Building offers amenities like outdoor space and on-site fitnes facilities.
Ralph Lauren worked with RXR Realty and commercial real estate advisory firm Savills-Studley to complete the Manhattan deal.
