Pharma firm exits NYC for CT

CBRE announced that SpringWorks Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company that develops medicines for patients with rare diseases and cancer, leased 23,919 s/f to relocate its headquarters from 575 Fifth Avenue to 2 Harbor Point Square in Stamford, Conn.

CBREʼs John Isaacs and Colin Reilly represented the tenant in the deal that involved the assignment of the then existing tenant’s (Structured Portfolio Group) lease to SpringWorks Therapeutics at the property.

Torey Walsh of Newmark Knight Frank represented the former tenant in the transaction. Developer and owner Building & Land Technology (BLT) was represented internally by Leslie Whatley and Jim Phillips.

The property is part of Harbor Point, a mixed-use community developed by BLT.
