Sales get underway at 35 Hudson

Related unveiled renderings for 35 Hudson Yards, the 1,000 ft. tower that will be the tallest residential building in the Hudson Yards neighborhood.
Sales will kick off Friday, the same day Hudson Yards officially opens.
The glass and limestone tower features architecture by David Childs and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill; interiors by designer Tony Ingrao; and lifestyle services provided by Equinox Hotel.
The tower will have 143 two- to six-bedroom condos starting on the 53rd floor. 22,000 s/f of services and amenities will include priority reservations at the in-building culinary offerings, which includes a new restaurant concept by Stephen Starr with in-residence dining.
Residents will also enjoy memberships and a short elevator ride to the 60,000 s/f Equinox Fitness Club and Spa and SoulCycle.
Two- to six-bedroom apartments have entry foyers and galleries built to accommodate works of art, great rooms with 11 ft. ceilings and living areas with large expanses of glass,.
The lobby will have custom tapestries designed by artist Helena Hernmarck and a suite of amenity spaces spans the entire 6th floor, including a fitness center, lounge with billiard table, golf simulator lounge with minibar, boardroom and private office suites, screening room, library, private dining room and children’s playroom.
The 24th floor offers the west-facing Grand Terrace and Grand Dining Room, an expansive event space that can host seated events for more than 50 guests.
35 Hudson Yards is the second building in the new neighborhood to offer for-sale residences. 15 Hudson Yards, designed Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Rockwell Group, is already 60 percent sold. Anchor’s away in Astoria

Anchor House Condominiums, a new luxury condo at 31-10 28th Road in Astoria, Queens, has officially launched sales.
Situated steps from the 30th Avenue subway station, the five-story building adds 16 one- and two-bedrooms homes to the neighborhood.
Prices are projected to start at $576,000 for a one-bedroom and range up to $1.71 million.
Modern Spaces is exclusively handling the marketing and sales for the property.
Designed by T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti Architects P.C., Anchor House homes range from 499 to 884 s/f with white lacquer and oak kitchens furnished with stainless-steel appliances and in-unit LG washer and dryers.

Flushing’s Farrington open for business

The Farrington, a new luxury development at 134-37 35th Avenue in Flushing, Queens, has launched sales.
The 100-unit condo offers one- and two-bedroom units from 566 to 1,115 s/f.
At the base of the building, a 14,911 s/f space is designated for commercial use.
The 15-story property was developed by Century Development Group. Modern Spaces is exclusively handling the marketing and sales.
New York-based architect Raymond Chan Architect designed The Farrington with a glass and dark wood panel façade and modern interiors with open layouts.
The interior has been designed by Andres Escobar. Kitchens are designed with Barcelona Oak engineered flooring, Quartz countertops and stainless-steel Bertazzoni ranges and exhaust hoods
Amenities include a recreational room, indoor lap pool, fitness center and several outdoor entertainment and lounge spaces, which includes a furnished rooftop terrace.
