JRM completes corporate interiors for flex office company Convene

JRM Construction Management announced the completion of Convene’s latest location at 101 Greenwich Street.

Known for its unique approach to flexible office, meeting and event spaces, Convene provides curated experiences for tenants.

The Greenwich Street center will serve as the company’s headquarters and flagship location.

JRM worked with Assemble Design and Henderson Engineers to complete the corporate interior, which included unique elements that aligned with Convene’s business model of supplying outfitted spaces that treat workplace-as-a-service.

These elements included a modern fold partition, maple finished plywood millwork, Vitrine Rooms with angled ceilings and concrete floors.

The space is also equipped with top-of-the-line Lutron and DMX Control, Daikin Fan Coil Units that serve as the mechanical system and a warming kitchen.

JRM completed the 45,000 s/f project on an aggressive 20-week timeline within budget and without compromising the design and aesthetic for the end user.

“Convene has disrupted the market by providing exceptional tenant experiences and being the construction manager of choice for a company with such successful unique interiors is an honor,” said JRM Project Manager Mohammad Durrani.

“We had a wonderful experience collaborating with the team to achieve the value-engineered, on-time and on-budget results Convene hoped to achieve in their headquarters. Aesthetically, we are proud to have delivered a finished product that reflects Convene’s innovative approach.”
