JEMB Realty Corporation just unveiled new renderings of its office condo project One Willoughby Square in Downtown Brooklyn.
The FXFOWLE-designed building will have 505,000 s/f and rise 36 stories. According to JEMB, it will be one of the tallest buildings in Brooklyn, and the first ground-up office development project in Downtown Brooklyn in decades. JLL is handling the leasing and marketing for the building.
The developer also went live with a teaser site for the building today.
