The Moinian Group, developer of Sky, the nation’s largest single tower rental building located at 605 W 42nd Street, unveiled the Vue Penthouse Collection last week. The collection spans five floors with 83 residences and is nestled at the top of Sky, combining views with the highest level of design and finishes handpicked by David Rockwell of Rockwell Group. Interior designer Michael Dawkins, of Michael Dawkins Home, designed two model residences, including a two-bedroom Vue penthouse on the 65th floor, that offers residents turnkey-ready décor, as well as a one-bedroom residence on the same floor. The launch party was held at Sky’s exclusive Park, an enclave open only to tenants. Cocktail waiters and waitresses generously poured ice-cold glasses of Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Main image by J. Grassi
