The brokerage community came out in full force for a recent luncheon hosted by RFR Realty at 350 Madison Avenue. RFR showcased a fully built and furnished tower floor as well as a brand new pre-built suite to more than 150 brokers. RFR signed over 135,000 s/f in new leases at the 25-story tower in 2016 and the building has established itself as a hub for international businesses. The exclusive office space is being marketed by a JLL brokerage team lead by Mitch Konsker and Alex Chudnoff.
