Douglas Elliman held its annual awards celebration at Radio Music City Hall last month. The event, which honored the firm’s agents and employess from New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons, Westchester, Connecticut, South Florida, California and Aspen, was highlighted by a performance from the Radio City Rockettes.

It is because of their incredible efforts and passion that Douglas Elliman continues to be at top of our industry, and we are so happy to celebrate their very impressive performances this year,” said Dottie Herman, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman.
Earning the award for #1 Team by Gross Commission Income (GCI) in New York City was The Eklund Gomes Team, led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of the 26 West 17th St. office. Taking home this year’s #1 Individual prize based on GCI was Setsuko (Sue) Hattori of the 485 Madison office.
Rounding out the awards for Top Teams by GCI were The De Niro Team (#2), The Sukenik Team (#3), The Rubin Team (#4), The Anderson-Ehrmann Team (#5), The Holly Parker Team (#6), The Katzen Team (#7), The Vickey Barron Team (#8), The Janice Chang Team (#9), and tied at number 10, Ann Cutbill Lenane and The Jacky Teplitzky Team.
Additional Top Individuals by GCI were Marcos Cohen (#2), Melanie Lazenby tied with Jennifer Kalish (#3), Ana Lee (#4), Jessica Levine (#5), Teresa Solomon Wuest (#6), Diane Johnson (#7), Kym Spiegel (#8), Cynthia Keskinkaya (#9) and Yudal Vidal (#10).

The event concluded a significant year for the company. In 2015, the firm achieved $22 billion in total sales volume nationwide.
