Done Deals: Textbook trade for Lewis

Compass agent Brian Lewis just closed on a textbook deal.  Smart staging and ‟spot on” pricing helped him close on a Park Slope condo nearly $60,000 over ask in less than 60 days.

“I wish I had 10 of these condos to sell right now,” said Lewis. “Smart seller staged it and priced it spot on. Note to all sellers: imitate this strategy.”
Lewis started himself a bidding war when he listed the two bedroom, 2-bath condo 4B at 145 Park Place for $1.195 million.

He said the “easy-to-love” home has “a tasteful, comfortable layout that is both practical and attractive.”
The living/dining room is double-wide, the kitchen open and furnished in stainless steel appliances and the master bedroom is king sized, en-suite and sun-filled,

A local family won the bidding and was repped by Benjamin Willig of Anchor Associates Group.
