DONE DEALS: Roundup of the week in residential sales

JEFFREY FIELDS

Rutenberg NYC’s Jeffrey Fields is enjoying a successful run after selling over $90 million worth of homes in just three weeks.
Fields has gone to contract on a $12 million apartment at the Four Seasons Private Residences at 30 Park Place.
We are told it was purchased by “a jet-setting buyer who favors Four Seasons hotels around the world.ˮ
The 3,700 s/f apartment #67A (pictured top)has views in three directions, living and dining rooms, four bedrooms, and four and one-half baths, including his and her baths in the master suite.
Fields also brought in the buyer of a $79 million duplex at the under-construction 520 Park Avenue earlier in the month.
“This has been an exceptionally strong year for Rutenberg NYC in the high-end of the residential market, especially with contributions from agents like Jeffrey Fields,” said Stefani Berkin, President of Rutenberg NYC. “He’s a superior negotiator and has a keen sense of exactly what type of residence will best suit his clients.”
