The massive mixed-use development of residential, office, retail, cultural and community space is being built on the Lower East Side by Delancey Street Associates.
242 Broome (pictured top) is the first condo within Essex Crossing. Its first penthouse, a two bedroom, 2.5-bath listed for $5.25 million, has gone to contract, report Ariel Tirosh and Jacob Franco from the Douglas Elliman team leading sales at the building.
