DONE DEALS: California dreamer

A Park Slope one bedroom priced just under the sellerʼs ask was scooped up in days.

“It was the most attractively priced and accessibly located one bedroom in the zip code with a low monthly, ideal for a young single professional,” said Paul Zumoff of Rutenberg NYC, who listed unit 3L at 451 Bergen Street at $579,000 and sold it within three weeks for $600,000.

“The price was positioned strategically below the seller’s actual target number, which was the actual closing price. It was a win-win for buyer and seller,” added the agent.

The apartment has everything a young single professional could want — hardwood floors, butcher block kitchen, high ceilings and a private deck.

It was purchased by a California transplant looking to trade her East Village rental for a condo with good transportation options to her Manhattan job.

Sang Oh of Hudson Real Estate repped the buyer.
