Clothing boutique leases Mad space

Thor Equities has leased 8,600 s/f at 164 Fifth Avenue in Flatiron to fashion-forward clothing boutique, Bandier, company executives announced.

“164 Fifth Avenue is ideally located near Madison Square Park on one of the busiest shopping corridors in the world, providing Bandier with optimal visibility and foot traffic,” said Melissa Gliatta, executive vice president of Thor Equities. The new store will feature a fitness studio and sports-bra bar, along with a collection of emerging luxury fitness designers from around the world.

Bandier is relocating from 915 Broadway in Flatiron. The company also has a location in Southampton, with plans to open additional stores throughout the country.

Located between 21st and 22nd Streets, 164 Fifth Avenue is a six-level retail building with 30 feet of frontage on Fifth Avenue.
