Greenland Forest City Partners announced that BKLYN CLAY, a local ceramics studio, has signed a ten-year, 5,260 s/f lease at 535 Carlton Avenue, an all-affordable building in Brooklyn’s Pacific Park neighborhood.
Scheduled to open this October, the ground-floor retail location will offer 24/7/365 membership access, semester-long classes, workshops and one-time events for adults and children.
Upon opening, BKLYN CLAY’s new location will be the largest ceramics studio in Brooklyn.

BKLYN CLAY joins several recently announced Brooklyn-based retailers within the Pacific Park development, including Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream, Eladia’s Kids and Beer Street, all three of which will open within the site’s 278-unit luxury condominium 550 Vanderbilt.
