More than 150 brokers experienced incredible views of the Manhattan skyline beyond the East River at Quay Tower.
Quay Tower, a 28-story building, was designed by ODA’s Eran Chen with interiors by AD100 California-based firm Marmol Radziner designed to embrace its waterfront and park location at Pier 6. The 126-unit building offers two- to five-bedroom residences that offer floor-to-ceiling windows. Pricing for a two-bedroom begins at $1.9 million.
Guests gathered for remarks given by Douglas Elliman’s Susan DeFrança, RAL Companies’ CEO and President Robert Levine, Oliver’s Realty Group’s Managing Partner David Wine, ODA’s Founding Principal Eran Chen, and Marmol Radziner’s Managing Principal Leo Marmol while they snacked on food from Sahadi’s, Ample Hills Creamery and Waterfront Wines.
