Bohemia Realty launches commercial division

Bohemia Realty Group, an Upper Manhattan residential brokerage, is expanding to include a commercial division.

Led by Nadine Nassar and John Ruocco, the new division will cover the retail and office sectors.

Sarah Saltzberg, founding co-principal of Bohemia, said, “As the leading independently-owned real estate brokerage in Upper Manhattan, we know the local property owners well and understand which tenants will best benefit their assets.”

Added Nassar, “Ours is a full-service approach backed by firsthand knowledge of the area since most of us live and work here.

“In addition, several of our agents also have thriving businesses in Harlem and Upper Manhattan, such as Mess Hall, Chipped Cup, Hand Pulled Noodle and Filtered, which has given us a unique perspective on this very distinct commercial landscape.”
