Bar owners go for second location

A Houston Street bar and restaurant operator has leased a new space on Third Avenue in Kips Bay.

The owners of Blue Haven NYC, located at 108 West Houston Street, have leased the former Van Diemen’s bar at 383 Third Avenue.

The spaceboasts 22 foot high ceilings, a mezzanine, skylight, and two bar. It will be freshly transformed by the experienced operator.

Asking rent was $350,000 per annum for the space, which features 1,420 s/f on the ground floor: a 400 s/f mezzanine and 900 s/f basement.

Henry Rossignol and Cosmo Montemurro of Murro Realty represented the tenant. Daniel Rodriguez Sains and William Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren represented the landlord.
