IOREBA Developers Night
March 25: The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA), will host its 26th annual Developer’s Night event at the Marriott at Glenpointe Hotel in Teaneck, N.J. A panel of professionals will discuss the state of the commercial real estate marketplace in New Jersey, as well as new trends and development projects. The event begins with cocktails and networking from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner and a panel presentation and discussion. Emergency Preparedness Symposium
March 28: FirstService Residential will host Emergency Preparedness Symposium 2019 from 2-6 p.m. at their offices at 622 3rd Avenue. The interactive event is designed for property managers, superintendents, resident managers and board members. The one-of-a-kind industry event will bring together NYC’s top health and safety professionals under one roof. AHA Benefit
June 5: James A. Pirot, managing principal, project management, Cresa, and Tommy Dwyer, executive managing director, Clune Construction Company, have been named co-chairs for the second annual Hard Hats with Heart event to benefit the American Heart Association (AHA). The 2019 honoree is James P. “Jim” Burt, the former NFL nose tackle for the New York Giants from 1981 to 1988. The goal is to raise funds to train 90,000 individuals in hands-only CPR by 2021.
