$30 million penthouse launch draws in NY notables

More than 200 guests gathered at the luxury condo tower, 252 East 57th Street, to celebrate the official unveiling of its penthouse.

The 65-story building offers 95 units located in the center of Billionaire’s Row and was designed by internationally recognized architectural firm SOM with interiors from Daniel Romualdez from AD100. The amenities, also designed by Romualdez, include access to the 34th Floor Club, a gated interior porte-cochère with the city’s largest residents-only parking garage, electric car charging stations, 75-foot pool, hydrotherapy circuit spa, children’s playroom. dog playroom and grooming station, and personalized concierge services by Luxury Attaché. The luxury building was developed by World Wide Group and Rose Associates.

The event was hosted by Stribling & Associates with catering by Nobu, and brought about big names like  fashion designer Steve Madden, Elizabeth Stribling and Steven Rudder of Stribling & Associates, English model Sophie Sumner, Julie Pinkwater, Gary Green, Pamela D’Arc and more, who saw the reveal of the six-bed, seven-bath residence that has been modeled by IMG.

Listed for $29.75 million, the 8,139 square foot home boasts 12’9 ceilings and a massive living and dining area for entertaining that spans the whole north side of the home including a fireplace, while a generous master suite is tucked away on the south. The master has two luxuriously appointed windowed baths and spacious dressing rooms, as well as a wet bar.
