Related Sales just reported that Fifteen Hudson Yards, the first residential offering at Hudson Yards, has sold 75 residences since launching sales in mid-September 2016, outpacing all other Manhattan residential new developments.
Sales in the building average nearly $5 million. A spokeswoman said the price per square foot is ˮvery close to the blended price per square foot of the building in the schedule A, which is around $3,250.ˮ
Developed by Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group, Hudson Yards spans 28 acres and is the largest private real estate development in the nation’s history.
